Femmine adulte appartenenti alle specie Temora stylifera e Acartia clausi, isolate dal campione di mesozooplancton, incubate per 24h in acqua di mare naturale raccolta in superfice alla stazione di riferimento, per valutare il tasso di produzione di pellet fecali (pellets/ femmina/giorno) e la produzione di uova (uova/femmina/giorno). Nelle successive 48h, stimato il taso di schiusa delle uova deposte (% schiusa). Tali parametri individuali sono stati convertiti in parametri di popolazione in situ, tenendo conto dell’abbondanza di femmine alla stessa stazione ed espressi come uova/m3 e nauplii/m3. Il file ‘produzione copepodi_tutti’ riporta i valori medi e le deviazioni standard per i suddetti parametri, per ciascuna delle specie isolate, a ciascuna stazione.
